What should we eat? I think that's the number one question in my home. I constantly have fresh veggies from the market on hand but find myself repeating the same meals over and over again. To keep it interesting, I've been scouring through some of the many gorgeous food blogs in the cyber universe. And then bam! It hit me. I found The Bojon Gourmet. Meet Alanna, the creative and talented chef (and photographer!) behind the blog. Based out of her kitchen in San Francisco, Alanna makes a slew of recipes that are outrageously delicious. (I've tested many of them!) Many of the recipes are even vegetarian and gluten-free. I love Alanna's description of the blog name: "The ancient (late 1990's) zen practice of Bojon (no job, backwards) is not just a state of unemployment, but a state of mind. One facet of the tao of Bojon involves immersing oneself in the present moment, and I never feel more present than when I'm creating, photographing or writing about (or eating!) something delectable."
Here's some of my favorites! Check The Bojon Gourmet out!
