It was a long and cold winter. If there is anything we feel right now, it's REVIVED. It's amazing what a little bit of sun can do for the soul. Cancel out the mounds of snow, say goodbye to our numb little toes and let your body know it's time to get moving again. The gardens are ready for your love, your body will soon have all the vitamin D it needs and wait for it... we can make crafts outside again! Right now, it's time to thank our bodies for keeping us strong through the winter with some deliciously nutrient food for our body. And swim season might be around the corner.
