WHERE WE SHIP
We ship worldwide! We aim to please customers all across the world! For all shipping inquiries outside of the United States, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote.
You will receive an email confirmation after an order has been placed. Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your package.
NEW YORK PICKUP + DELIVERY
We do free local pickup and we deliver in the five boroughs for a small delivery fee.

We hope you love your purchase. Straw and Gold does not accept returns however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue you a store credit within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned to Straw and Gold in its original condition in the packaging it came in along with a copy of your receipt. All vintage items, weavings, undergarments, light boxes and apothecary products are final sale.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless item is determined defective or damaged. All return packages must be insured.
All returns must be first approved by Straw and Gold. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included on or in your return package. Please e-mail us for the address to send your item.
