Miss Molly Paper
Graphic Art and Illustration
“I love to tell stories through the women I draw and stationary seemed like the perfect way to share them.” Meet Molly Ebinger, Brooklyn-based illustrator and painter behind Miss Molly Paper. For as long as she can remember she’s found herself doodling on whatever scraps of paper were in front of her. The women she draws are an amalgam of the women in her life, including herself. The way in which we dress our lives, whether it be through our wardrobes or our apartments, is one of the most powerful ways to express ourselves as women in the world. She has always been surrounded by very strong women, with unique sensibilities, and she finds herself constantly returning to these muses when looking for inspiration. What she loves most about the medium of stationery is that the very act of giving and receiving it can be such a meaningful exchange. In a world full of texts, emails, snapchats, and tweets, there’s still nothing quite like the handwritten word, and she likes that she can be the artist and vehicle for these intimate human connections. The Miss Molly Paper collection explores nuances in interior design, color and fashion and celebrates unique women and the full range of human emotion. These cards are printed on high quality card stock right in NYC.
